Master Automotive Technician – Diagnostic Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Master Automotive Technician / Diagnostic Specialist to join our high-performing, fast-paced shop. This role is ideal for a skilled technician who takes pride in advanced diagnostics, efficient repairs, and delivering high-quality work in a consistently busy environment.

Compensation

$75,000 – $125,000 annually (based on experience, certifications, and production)

Schedule

  • Monday – Friday
  • 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • No weekends

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform advanced diagnostic testing on a wide range of vehicles
  • Accurately interpret diagnostic results and determine repair strategies
  • Complete mechanical repairs and preventative maintenance
  • Work efficiently in a high-volume, fast-paced shop environment
  • Maintain high standards of safety, quality, and workmanship
  • Communicate clearly with service team as needed

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience as an automotive technician / auto mechanic
  • Strong diagnostic and problem-solving ability
  • Experience with vehicle repair, maintenance, and troubleshooting
  • Ability to work efficiently in a production-based environment
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work

Preferred / Strongly Valued

  • ASE Certification (or equivalent diagnostic certification)
  • Experience as a master technician or senior-level auto technician
  • Background in dealership or independent high-volume repair shops
